Jackie's Homecoming

Here are some pictures from our trip to North Carolina, when we went to welcome Jackie home from Iraq.

Kari made a sign that she put on the windshield of their truck to welcome Jackie home. It was really cute. In the middle of the "M" there is their dog, Sydney's paw print.

The Marine base set up a tent for the families to sit under while they waited for the Marines return. They even supplied pizza & pop. :)

Joy & the kids made signs to welcome the Marines & Jackie home. The boys were wearing their Marine t-shirts with Marine covers. (hats, for those of you wondering)

Just before the bus came to drop off the Marines coming back from Iraq, they had other Marines come and drop off all their bags so the families could grab them.

Then the bus came and dropped off all the Marines.

Once Kari saw Jackie, she ran to him.

Adelina stayed by Dad and waited for her turn to say Hi to Jackie.

Jackie & his buddy Rusty who both came home from Iraq. Welcome Home!!!
